Become a Care Navigator with TPN.health
At TPN.health, our Care Navigators play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest quality behavioral health support. As a licensed behavioral health clinician, you can leverage your expertise to guide patients to the right care on your own terms.
What is a Care Navigator?
Care Navigators are licensed professionals who act as a bridge between members and our network of 125,000+ verified clinicians across all 50 states. Your primary goal is to help members find their best-fit provider through personalized clinical matching.
Why should I become a Care Navigator?
Total Flexibility: Enjoy a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle.
Rapid Impact: Help reduce the time from a patient's initial inquiry to a successful match to approximately 72 hours.
Clinical Focus: Provide meaningful clinical impact and guidance without the pressure of managing a long-term caseload.
What is the Care Navigation process?
Initial Assessment: A member texts TPN.health and completes a brief care profile assessment to outline their needs.
Assignment: A Care Coordinator reviews the request and assigns the member to a Care Navigator (you).
Consultation: You schedule a consultation with the member to dive deeper into their clinical needs, preferences, and goals.
The Match: Using our living network of verified providers, you identify and present the best-fit options for the member’s specific situation.
What is the time commitment?
Scheduling is flexible, and you determine your availability.
The Care Navigation role is a part-time, fee-for-service role. As active inbounds become available in your licensed states, they are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Providers licensed in multiple states who are quick to respond to inbounds tend to see the highest volumes.
We understand that Care Navigators will prioritize their own practice. There are no penalties for not taking an inbound consultation.
How much will I be paid?
You will be paid $25 per completed text-based consult and $100 per completed phone-based consult.
How many are done via text? We always recommend a phone consultation, but about 70% of our members choose to complete their consultations via text.
Are video consults permitted? Yes, based on member and Care Navigator preferences.
When will I be paid? Our policy is to remit payment within 30 days of the completed consult, but we aim to reimburse Care Navigators as quickly as possible. Your $200 training payment will be paid when you complete your first consult.
Can I work remotely?
Yes, this is a fully remote position.
Is TPN.health HIPAA-compliant?

What equipment will I need?
Care Navigators use their own laptop and cell phone after going through TPN.health’s HIPAA-compliant security process.
