CE Wallet: Add, Edit, or Delete

Quick article to explain how to keep your CE Wallet up to date with your current active licenses.

Managing Your Licenses & Credentials in CE Wallet

Your CE Wallet on TPN.health allows you to track continuing education credits, organize certificates, and monitor your license renewal requirements in one centralized place.

Keep Your Wallet Up to Date with Active Licenses

To ensure accurate continuing education tracking and avoid verification issues, maintain only your current, active licenses in your CE Wallet:

  • Ensure Verification: TPN verifies credentials directly against official state board records. If an expired or inactive license is in your account, it cannot be verified and may display an "Unverified" status or error on your profile.

  • Accurate CE Tracking: Tracking only active credentials ensures that your completed CE hours, renewal periods, and required category topics (such as ethics hours) calculate correctly toward your current deadlines.

  • Remove Lapsed Credentials: If a license expires, is retired, or is upgraded, be sure to edit the record or delete it from your wallet to keep your profile in good standing.

Navigating to Your CE Wallet

  1. Log in to your account at tpn.health.

  2. Click the CE Wallet dropdown located in the top navigation bar.

  3. Select your tracker, or navigate directly to app.tpn.health/education/ce-tracker.

  4. You will arrive at the Licenses and Credentials dashboard.

Why Keeping Only Active Licenses in Your CE Wallet Matters for TPN.match

To participate in TPN.match and accept clinical referrals, your profile must pass Primary Source Verification (PSV). TPN.health independently verifies every license directly with state licensing boards to confirm you hold a current, unrestricted credential in each state where you practice.

Maintaining only the active licenses you currently use for your practice in your CE Wallet is essential because:

  • Uninterrupted Referrals: TPN Care Navigators match client referrals based on the verified, active licenses in your profile. Inactive, expired, or lapsed licenses cannot be verified and can trigger an "Unverified" flag, place your account into a view-only status, or pause your referral onboarding entirely.

  • Streamlined Credentialing & Re-verification: Having duplicate, retired, or expired credentials in your wallet creates discrepancies during credentialing reviews and routine board audits.

  • Accurate Scope & Compliance: Keeping your wallet limited to active credentials ensures your clinical scope matches state regulations and that your continuing education credits are tracked against the correct, current renewal cycles.
