Introduction
The CE Tracker, located within the CE Wallet, is a tool that centralizes your license's continuing education (CE) hours, CE certificates, and license information all within your TPN.health account. The CE Tracker allows you to stay organized with renewal requirements and manage your license with ease.
Utilizing the CE Tracker
Step 1: Navigate to the CE Tracker
To access your CE Tracker, hover over the CE Wallet dropdown and click CE Tracker. This will take you to the CE Tracker Dashboard.
Step 2: Input Your License
After navigating to the CE Tracker Dashboard, you will be prompted to add your license information if you have not already done so. After a State issued license is inputted, the CE Tracker will display CE requirements for the individual license, including category breakdowns as show below. Unlicensed professionals are still welcome to use the CE Tracker. For more information on licenses please visit Updating or Adding a New License.
Step 3: Assign Your CE's
All of the CE certificates you earned with TPN.health will be listed in your CE Wallet under the Certificates section. To assign your CE credits based on the categories needed to fulfill your license requirements, you must first input your license renewal date.
Once your renewal date is set you will see a message saying you have previously earned CE's that can be assigned to your license. Click that message and select the CE and the license you want to assign those CE's to.
Uploading CE's Earned Outside of TPN.Health
Any CE certificates earned outside of TPN.health can be uploaded to your CE tracker dashboard by clicking "Upload CEs" on the Certificates page. Once you enter the course information and upload a file of your certificate, you will assign it to your license.
Edit an Already Assigned CE
To edit an already assigned CE certificate, navigate to your License Details by clicking on the blue arrow next to your license listed in the dashboard. Click the edit icon next to the certificate you wish to reassign. From there, you will be able to assign the CE to a different license or edit the category.
Downloading and Printing Certificates
Downloading CE Certificates Through the CE Tracker
To download your CE certificates through the CE Tracker, click the download icon next to the event title, and you will receive a PDF copy of your certificate to your computer's Downloads folder. Navigate to your computer's Downloads folder and open the PDF file, and you will now have the option to print a physical copy.
Downloading CE Certificates Through Your Certificates Page
You may also download your CE certificates from your Certificates page. First, click the My Certificates tab. This will take you to your Certificates page, which lists all of your earned and uploaded CE certificates on TPN.health. Click the Download button next to the event title, and you will receive a PDF copy of your certificate to your computer's Downloads folder. Navigate to your computer's Downloads folder and open the PDF file, and you will now have the option to print a physical copy.
