A help article descirbing the basics to using an organization's account on tpn.health.

How can I access my organizations account?


​​Start by accessing your Organization's Profile. Navigate to My Network > Organizations using TPN.health header menu. Here you will see a list of the organizations you are an admin, member, or follower of.


Invite your members!

Once the admin of your organization opens their account, they can then invite their organization's members/staff/team to the account within TPN.health. Use the left sidebar on the Organization Account (left sidebar menu) > Members > Invitations.


Manage your members!


Clicking Manage will allow you to see all of your members that you have invited and edit their roles depending on how you would like them to operate within the profile.

  • Member - Basic access to the organization profile, viewing upcoming events, and newsfeed

  • Admin - Full access to the account and event stats along with the member's access

  • Owner - Full Access


Access your Event Statistics!

Clicking Aggregated Statistics under the Education tab (on the left side bar menu) will pull up the overview of all your organization's events put on by TPN.health.

Notice that the Statistics screen is broken up into Workshops, Conferences, Registrants, and Attendance.

To look at a specific event's statistics, click Events on the left side bar, there you will see a list of your organizations Events by title allowing you to drill into each one specifically.
