Peer Support Credential Management

1. Navigate to your Organization.

2. You'll find "Credential Management" at the bottom of the side navigation.

3. Click into the Credential that is assigned to your Organization.

4. You can then filter by Expiration and also the Status they are in. The statuses are "In good standing", "Pending", and "Expired/Lapsed".

5. Clicking into a Profile will allow you to review their Credential Information. Peer Support Specific information, and review the user's educational requirements and certificates.

6. Clicking onto a certificate's title will show you the certificates details.

7. Once the certificates details are open, you can download the certificate. Press the X in the right corner to close the certificate details.

8. If a Peer is missing information, you may send them a notification to fill out the details they need to. You can do so by pressing the 3 dots on the top right of the "Peer Support Information" section, and selecting "Request Changes".

9. You will see this menu, where you can type details. Once you are finished click "Request" to send them.

10. You can also review different Cycles e.g. 2023 vs 2024

11. In the Credential view, you can set your Peer's standing and their credential expiration date. You review their requirements and information and put them in good standing, pending, or lapsed.

12. Once you open the "Update" menu you will be greeted with this pop-up that will allow you to change their status or input a renewal date.

13. You can see Expirations and statuses from the Credentials index page.
