The purpose of a referral is to connect your clients with clinicians of other specialities within the TPN.health platform.

To navigate to your referral dashboard use the My Network dropdown and click Referrals.

The My Referrals Dashboard is where you can can create a referral and where all of your referral statistics are housed. Within your dashboard, you can see all past and pending referrals you have sent or received, as well as view lists of your clients and referred clinicians.

To create a referral start by clicking the yellow button that says "Create a Referral".

You can then choose to use an "Existing Client" or create a "New Client". When creating a new client, enter the client's name/email to create their unique client code.

Once the client details are saved, a Client Code will be generated to protect any identifying information.

NOTE: only the referring clinician can view the client's information.

Next, you will select the clinicians you would like to refer the client to.

You will see an overview of your client information, referral details, and the list of Clinicians that you will be referring your client to. Once you click Send, the client will receive an email notifying them that they have been referred by you to the clinicians you specified.
