Guide to deleting your TPN.health account.

We’re sorry to see you go! If you’ve decided to close your account, the process is straightforward. Follow the steps below to submit your request.


Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Log In: Sign into your TPN.health account.

  2. Access Account Settings: Click on your profile icon (or name) in the top-right corner of the screen to open the dropdown menu. Select Account Settings.

  3. Navigate to Privacy: On the left-hand navigation sidebar, click on the Privacy and Security section.

  4. Request Deletion: Scroll to the very bottom of the page. You will see a button labeled Request Deletion.

  5. Confirm: Follow any final on-screen prompts to confirm your request.


Important Things to Know

  • Data Processing: Once you click "Request Deletion," our team will process the request in accordance with our privacy policy.

  • CE Records: If you have earned CE certificates through the platform, we recommend downloading your transcripts before requesting deletion, as you may lose access to these records once the account is closed.
