Managing your organization’s profile and clinical information on TPN.health ensures accurate matching for referrals and visibility across the network.
Navigating to Treatment Information
Log in to your TPN.health account and ensure you are viewing your organization dashboard. Top navigation bar, My Network, Organizations.
*You must be an admin of your organization to be able to change the settings below.
In the left-hand navigation menu under Account Settings, click Treatment Information.
Select the Information tab at the top of the main screen.
Treatment Scope
Define the populations and settings your facility serves to help clinicians find your organization.
Practice Settings: Select the structural environments of your practice (e.g., Inpatient, Outpatient, Residential).
Age Specialties: Select the target age groups your organization serves (e.g., Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults).
Gender Specialties: Indicate specific gender demographics your program accommodates.
Languages: Choose all languages spoken by your clinical team.
Click Save to update your scope.
Referral Settings
Configure details to streamline patient referrals directly to your intake team.
EIN / Tax ID: Enter your organization's legal tax identification number.
NPI Number: Provide your National Provider Identifier for institutional verification.
Referral Contact Email Address: Input the designated intake or referral inbox email.
Referral Contact Phone Number: Provide the primary phone line for receiving intake calls.
Organization Size: Select or enter your facility’s capacity/size category.
Accepting Referrals Toggle: Switch the "Show that we are currently accepting referrals" toggle on (active) or off (inactive) to update your real-time availability on the platform.
Click Save at the bottom of the section to record your changes.
