Event Refund Policy

Refund policy for continuing education purchases, with limitations for attended events and issued certificates.

At TPN.health, we are committed to supporting behavioral health professionals with high-quality continuing education and digital resources. We offer a transparent refund policy to ensure fairness and trust in our platform.

Standard Refund Window

TPN.health offers a 30-day refund policy on all eligible purchases, starting from the date of transaction.

Continuing Education Attendance/Certificate Clause

If a continuing education certificate has already been earned or issued, or if the associated event has been attended, a refund will not be granted.

Before Requesting a Refund

A large portion of TPN.health events are put On Demand after their live date. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to check with our support to see if your session will be available later as an on-demand offering. Your purchase may qualify you to access the same continuing education content at your convenience and still receive CE credit.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Bundled or promotional pricing offers

  • Courses accessed or purchased more than 30 days prior to the refund request

    Procedures

    1. TPN.health users who are dissatisfied with any aspect of any CE event are encouraged to provide accurate feedback in their course evaluations to assist TPN.health in identifying content that does not excel our standards.

    2. TPN.health users who wish to cancel registration for a "Partner Event" may be required to contact the partnered organization to pursue cancellation and refund, especially in cases when event fees were not collected by TPN.health.

    3. Cancellations for "Partner Events" and conducted on the TPN.health platform are announced to TPN.health as soon as the decision is made by that entity. If the "Partner Event" has a standard refund policy implemented then TPN.health will follow the cancellation/refund policy agreed upon by the third-party entity.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
